Add over/under and spread data to the event object

That would be great. I have not been able to find any bookmakers that allow redistribution of their odds, lines, and spreads, though. Do you know of any?

I don't know of any that explicitly grant redistribution of it. It's publicly posted on each ESPN box score which is where I have gleaned it in the past. Let me dig around and see what I can find
